I think she doesn't realize
I think she doesn't realize how rare her structure is. She just have this perfect jaw by default. I'm sure she has less (if none) dental problems compared to her friends, and she maybe she uses a "nutcracker" just because her mother told her "you can't open big nuts with your teeth"... and that't not true.
