She has a chiseled nose, full lips, wide set eyes, good cheekbone structure, not so hard boned
Also though she has a square face, she doesn't have bulging jaw muscles.
I really find bulging jaw muscles on a woman even at times, on a man, very unappealing.

I think the pictures posted here of her are from previous times when she was actually younger and didn't need surgery if one is nearing fifty in order to look young of course one has to resort to surgery.
HOwever, these are pictures taken of her when she was younger. She naturally has some youthful features such as fleshy upper cheeks that make her cheekbone structure look elegant and a sharp small nose.
